Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders across India.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to monitor your shipment.

Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Your return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging.

  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification by the customer.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, replacement, or damage claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label.

  • Show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.

  • Clearly display the product and its condition.

  • Show any damaged, missing, or incorrect items, if applicable.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Products with missing parts or accessories not caused by SAMDIYA.

  • Return requests made after the 7-day return window.

  • Claims without the required unboxing video.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement after verifying your return request and unboxing video.

Replacement availability depends on stock.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if it meets the eligibility criteria above.
